Our customers who do not use this product have the right to demand a refund. Refunds are paid in TURKISH LIRA currency on the date of payment. Refund will return to the card which is used for payment or it can refund to the address what the client demand which has to inform us in writing. Depending on which part is responsible, the cost of sending the bill will payed by the responsible side. The right of changing products cost belongs to our company.
